Before you commit financially, we visit the property and give you a clear written assessment: planning compliance, heritage constraints, real renovation feasibility, structural issues, and a final professional recommendation, proceed, proceed with caution, or walk away.
Fee: from 1,000 to 1,500 euros depending on property complexity. If you subsequently work with us on the full project, this fee is deducted from our architectural fee.
