Trulli & Beyond was born in the summer of 2022, around a dinner table in the Valle d'Itria, over wine and a conversation that changed everything.

The idea was simple: create something that didn't exist yet. Not another architecture firm. Not a property agency. Something in between and beyond.

A team built around a single idea: that international clients who fall in love with Puglia deserve more than an agent and a builder. They deserve people who truly understand what they're buying into — technically, legally, historically, and emotionally.

ROSANNA — FOUNDER AND LEAD ARCHITECT

Architect. Artist. Restorer.

Born in Taranto. Trained in Florence, Faculty of Architecture, Master's degree, plus specialisation in Industrial Design. Living in Puglia since 2001.

30 years of experience in architecture, restoration, and project management, including work with the Diocese on churches, bell towers, and historic heritage across the region.

Rosanna leads every client relationship personally. She is fluent in English and brings to every project a sensibility trained not just by architecture, but by art and by decades of learning to listen to what a place is trying to tell you.

THE NETWORK

Trulli & Beyond is Rosanna and a curated circle of collaborators who join each project as needed. This includes her long-standing architectural partner, with whom she has studied and worked for over 30 years, as well as engineers, property consultants, photographers, and the artisans who make everything real.
